Every row is an order whose shopper accepted the offer. An order that saw the offer and did not accept it, or saw no offer, is not listed here; the Overview's acceptance rate counts the offers shown. Return risk is the predicted probability that the order is returned. “Redeemed” and “Partly redeemed” come from Shopify's store-credit debits, so a credit shows as used the day it is spent. An expired credit is listed when its order falls inside the range. “Awaiting fulfillment” is a credit logged at checkout that issues once the order is paid and fulfilled; “Cancelled” is one whose order was cancelled or refunded before it issued. A credit whose order was later cancelled or refunded keeps its status and says so when you hover the status: Fesona takes nothing back, and you adjust the shopper's store credit in Shopify if you want it back. Export CSV includes every row for the selected range and filters, with redemption date and amount.
