Store credit
How long an issued credit stays spendable.
Counted from the day the credit is issued, once the order is paid and fulfilled. Shopify expires what is left unspent. A change applies to orders placed after it.
Shopper email
Sent by Fesona on behalf of your store the moment a credit issues, once the order is paid and fulfilled.
The email is Fesona's and cannot be edited.Preview the email
Costs
What a return costs you. Each credit is priced from the return risk times this cost, at the share you choose, and never above a share of the profit on the order.
Label, receiving, inspection, restocking. $40 when empty.
Optional. Wins over the per-order cost, times the items a return brings back.
Caps the credit at a share of the profit on the order.
Share of issued credit that is spent.
100% offers the full expected saving; lower keeps part of it on every acceptance.
The engine reads these on the next checkout evaluation.
Offer
The words shoppers see at checkout, before and after they accept. Your checkout's font and colors apply automatically.
Front: row 1, headline, body, accept button, pass link, terms line and the terms link, which opens the terms overlay.
Back: row 1, headline, body and the accepted label.
Remove stays fixed. The overlay's title and text, and the Powered by line, are in the editor. {credit} and {days} fill in at checkout.

Credit limits
Fesona sizes each credit from the predicted return cost, then caps it here. Orders under the minimum order value or the minimum return risk never see an offer.
Exclusions
Anyone matching an exclusion never sees an offer. Match on the customer email, any SKU in the cart, or a discount code applied at checkout.
Emails
SKUs
Choose how the next SKU you add should match. A checkout with any matching SKU in the cart sees no offer. Capital letters do not matter.
Discount codes
Choose how the next code you add should match. A checkout using any code on the list sees no offer. Capital letters do not matter.
Fraud
How the fraud score changes the offer. Fesona scores every checkout from 0 to 100 on the signals it sees: network, device, order shape and history.
From this score the credit shrinks, up to half just under the suppress score.
From this score no offer is shown.
Linked accounts
Accounts that share an IP address, a phone number, a shipping address or a look-alike email. Score only adds points to the score. Suppress always shows no offer to a shopper with a linked account, whatever the score.
The Fraud view's histogram and bands follow these numbers.
Order tags
Added to the Shopify order when a shopper accepts the offer. A returns app such as Loop reads them to treat the order as final sale. Leave the list empty to add no tags.
Tags
Added when the credit issues, once the order is paid and fulfilled. Tags already on the order stay.
Frequency cap
Give customers a break between offers so the credit stays meaningful.
After a customer accepts an offer, waitbefore showing them another.
Applies per identity: a customer account, an email, or a recognized device for guests. 0 turns the cap off.
